Distillery Information

This white sparkling wine (formerly known as Almond Champagne) is naturally fermented, with just an essence of natural almond added so it's guaranteed to dazzle your guests. A must have sparkling wine for all occasions.
Contrary to popular belief, sparkling wine was invented in England. Or, more appropriately, was first properly discovered and then deliberately produced by English cider and winemakers.
Wilson Creek Almond Sparkling Wine offers a unique and delightful taste experience. The combination of a crisp and effervescent sparkling wine with the irresistible flavor of almond creates a harmonious and indulgent flavor profile.Finely chop the Almonds and Raisins and boil in the water for no less than one hour. Strain off the liquid into the primary fermenter and add enough fresh water to make it back to one gallon. Add the Sugar along with the juice and grated zest from the Lemons, avoiding the white pith.
Sparkling wine is any fizzy wine made with carbon dioxide. Sparkling is a style of wine, not a specific varietal. As such, just about any wine — from white wine to rosé to red wine — can become a sparkling sensation. Sparkling wine can also be dry or sweet, depending on the winemaker.Sparkling wine is a wine with significant levels of carbon dioxide in it, making it fizzy. While it is common to refer to this as champagne, European Union countries legally reserve that word for products exclusively produced in the Champagne region of France.
Within the bottle, the yeast ferments the sugar, and in doing so creates a little more alcohol and, crucially, some carbon dioxide gas (CO2). As the bottle is sealed tight, there's nowhere for the CO2 to go. It dissolves within the wine, forming bubbles and resulting in that famous sparkle.
