Introducing Stone Arrogant Bastard Whiskey, a bold and unapologetic expression of craftsmanship and attitude. Inspired by the iconic Arrogant Bastard Ale from Stone Brewing, this whiskey embodies the same rebellious spirit and uncompromising quality that has made its beer counterpart legendary.

Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, Stone Arrogant Bastard Whiskey begins with a selection of the finest grains, including barley, rye, and wheat, chosen for their depth of flavor and character. These grains are carefully mashed, fermented, and distilled to create a rich and complex base spirit that serves as the foundation for the whiskey.

Once distilled, the spirit is aged in charred oak barrels, allowing it to develop its bold and robust flavor profile. During the aging process, the whiskey absorbs the flavors and aromas of the oak, infusing it with notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice, while maintaining the boldness and attitude that defines the Arrogant Bastard brand.

Upon pouring, Stone Arrogant Bastard Whiskey reveals a deep amber color, inviting you to experience its full-bodied character and intensity. The aroma is rich and inviting, with pronounced notes of oak, caramel, and a hint of smoke, hinting at the complexity that awaits on the palate.

On the palate, Stone Arrogant Bastard Whiskey delivers a bold and assertive flavor profile, with layers of caramel, toffee, and oak mingling with hints of dried fruit and spice. The whiskey's full-bodied texture and lingering finish leave a lasting impression, demanding attention and respect with every sip.

Bold, unapologetic, and utterly unforgettable, Stone Arrogant Bastard Whiskey is not for the faint of heart. Whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as the base for your favorite cocktails, it promises a drinking experience that is as bold and uncompromising as the beer that inspired it.

In distillation, the still is heated to just below the boiling point of water and the alcohol and other compounds vaporise and pass over the neck of the still into either a condenser or a worm – a large copper coil immersed in cold running water where the vapour is condensed into a liquid.
The distillation process generally involves three main steps: The conversion of the desired liquid from a mixture into vapour. The condensation of the purified liquid. The collection of the condensed liquid.Whisky has been distilled in Scotland for hundreds of years. There is some evidence to show that the art of distilling could have been brought to the country by Christian missionary monks, but it has never been proved that Highland farmers did not themselves discover how to distil spirits from their surplus barley. In June 2022, Stone and Sapporo Breweries announced that they had reached an agreement for Sapporo to purchase Stone Brewing for $168 million, with the purchase expected to close in August 2022.
