With the Starward Two-Fold, for example, the whisky is distilled from wheat and barley malt.To be called a single malt whisky in Scotland, a bottle may only contain whisky distilled from malted barley and produced at a single distillery. The regulations of other countries may allow malted rye.

I started my Starward journey with the red wine barrel aged single malt (classic, Scotchy, very much a pretty serious whisky) So I wasn't sure what to expect from this. Two-Fold is immensely drinkable and "user friendly. " It's great neat but would be perfectly welcome in most any drink.
