Experience the bold and complex flavors of Sierra Double Barreled Bourbon Whiskey, a true testament to the art of barrel aging and blending. Crafted with precision and care, this exceptional bourbon undergoes a unique double-barreling process, resulting in a rich and nuanced spirit that captivates the palate.

Sierra Double Barreled Bourbon begins its journey with a meticulous selection of premium grains, including corn, rye, and barley, sourced from the finest distilleries. These grains are expertly mashed, fermented, and distilled to perfection before being aged in charred oak barrels.

What sets Sierra apart is its innovative double-barreling process. After an initial period of maturation, the bourbon is transferred to a second set of freshly charred barrels, allowing it to undergo a secondary aging process. This additional time in oak imparts layers of complexity and depth, enhancing the bourbon's flavor profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice.

On the nose, Sierra Double Barreled Bourbon entices with aromas of toasted oak, caramelized sugar, and baking spices, hinting at the depth of flavors to come. The palate is treated to a symphony of tastes, with rich caramel, dark chocolate, and dried fruit mingling harmoniously with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and oak.

The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering notes of vanilla and toffee, leaving a warm and velvety sensation that invites another sip.

Whether savored neat, on the rocks, or as the foundation for your favorite bourbon cocktail, Sierra Double Barreled Bourbon Whiskey promises an unparalleled drinking experience that is both sophisticated and indulgent. Raise a glass and savor the richness of Sierra—a bourbon worthy of celebration.

Distillery Information

Bourbon is made from corn, rye, and barley, aged in brand new American White Oak. We age our bourbon here in Truckee, California, at 5,982 feet of elevation. We then finish our bourbon by transferring it to a second new American Oak barrel, intensifying the oak and deepening the flavor 6-8 months prior to bottling.
