Redneck Riviera Whiskey is made at Eastside Distilling, Inc. located in Portland, Oregon's distillery row. The once small and sleepy rum company founded in 2008 has grown into the state's third-largest spirit producer and the country's first publicly traded craft distillery.
Made by Portland-based craft spirits maker Eastside Distilling and released under his Redneck Riviera, their expression is intended to be a great working man's whiskey at a working man's price point.
Redneck Riviera Granny Rich Reserve Honey Whiskey is a collaboration from country music superstar, John Rick of Big and Rich fame, and Eastside Distilling, a craft distillery in Portland, Oregon.
Redneck Riviera Whiskey contains many grains including corn, rye and malted barley. The exact blend of these grains is our secret sauce and is proprietary!
Ironically it's an Irish (and not Scottish) distillery that claims the oldest licensed whisky distillery in the world! King James granted the Governer of County Antrim a license to distil Bushmills in 1608, even though the trademark license was only registered in 1784.The area and particularly the beaches along the Emerald Coast from Pensacola to Panama City are also referred to as the "Redneck Riviera", alluding to the strong Southern culture of the hinterland. The Flora-Bama in Perdido Key at the Alabama border is a bar and music venue with a diverse Southern clientele.
