Orphan Barrel Copper Tongue. Copper Tongue hails from the historic Cascade Hollow Distillery in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Nestled in a beautiful valley next to a spring fed creek, Cascade Hollow's unique style is inspired by both American and Scotch whiskies, bringing together traditions of each craft.
Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Co. is a company which sources rare lots of aged Bourbon whiskey from various producers and bottles them at the George Dickel Distillery in Tullahoma, Tennessee.The first release, Copper & Cask Small Batch Series No. 001, is an eight-year-old Bourbon made from 13 barrels that were each distilled in Indiana and aged in Florida. Since launching in 2021, Copper & Cask has been entirely dedicated to single barrel selections and unique cask-finished releases.Craft bourbon distilleries are basically small distilleries that produce bourbon using different techniques and methods.
