– The Blanco Tequila featured in this edition of Mi Casa was distilled in 2011, a dozen years prior. It underwent a decade-long maturation period in a neutral stainless steel tank at its full potency. Following this, it was diluted to proof and bottled, spending nearly two additional years in glass.

– Anticipate more elusive marvels – the forthcoming release of Blanco won't undergo a 12-year aging process before its unveiling. This presents a rare and exclusive opportunity.

Admire spirits with robustness – Through various tastings, we determined its optimal expression to be at 45.5% ABV. – It delivers a full spectrum of flavor without compromising on mouthfeel.

Appreciate Tequila crafted from mature agave – The agave used was harvested between 7 and 8 years of age. – With an average sugar content of 32 brix.

FERMENTATION – Natural, with champagne yeast in stainless steel tanks without bagasso

DISTILLATION – Twice, in stainless steel pots with copper condenser coils, April 2011

AGING – Filled in May, 2011 and emptied in August, 2020

BARRELS – 4 to 5 times used Jack Daniels and Evan Williams barrels
