Distillery Information

Malfy Gins are made in Italy using the finest ingredients including handpicked juniper, Italian Lemons and a selection of Sicilian Pink Grapefruits and Sicilian Blood oranges.
Our distillery is in Moncalieri, just outside the city of Torino - An area famed for its production of fine wines and spirits. Established in 1906, Torino Distillati is run by the Vergnano family, Carlo, his wife Piera and their children Rita and Valter. Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni are our Master Distillers.
Malfy Originale is a classic dry style gin made with Italian juniper and five other botanicals and blended with Italy's purest source of mineral water - from the nearby Monviso mountain spring.
Malfy Gin Originale combines Italian juniper and five botanicals with Italian winter wheat spirit and is bottled at 41% abv, using water from Monviso.
Gin is an alcoholic beverage obtained by distillation from a base of grain (wheat or barley). In a further procedure, botanicals along with water are added until the desired flavors are met. To be called a gin, the spirit must have a predominant flavor of juniper berries.
