Distillery Information

Lindeman's Bin 30 Sparkling Rosé is a light-bodied wine made from Chardonnay and Shiraz grapes.
It has an alcohol content of 11.5% and is harvested between January and February. The wine is made in South Eastern Australia and is described as bright salmon pink with delicate bubbles.
It has aromas of strawberry and red berry with underlying citrus and flavors of strawberry and cherry.
It pairs well with mild cheese, fresh fruit, pistachios, or light desserts.
Lindeman's was founded in 1843 by Henry Lindeman. The original vineyard is no longer in existence, but the winery now has vineyards in South Australia and Victoria.
