Kim Crawford Chardonnay Wine

Kikusui Perfect Snow is a nigori sake (unfiltered sake) brewed by Kikusui, Japan's top nigori sake brewer. It's made with Gohyakumangoku rice, has a 70% rice-polishing ratio, and is brewed in Niigata.
Kikusui Perfect Snow is 21% ABV and has a full-bodied sweetness and a crisp, dynamic flavor. It's best served well-chilled on its own or on the rocks, or mixed with soda or milk. It pairs well with spare ribs, spicy Korean cuisine, strongly seasoned dishes, sushi, and yakitori.
Kikusui Perfect Snow is white and cloudy. The clouds add texture and flavor to the sake.
