Since the 1980s, J.P. Wiser's Whisky has been distilled and bottled at the Hiram-Walker & Sons distillery in Windsor, Ontario and aged in the Pike Creek area of Lakeshore.J.P. Wiser's Whisky is Canada's oldest continuously produced Canadian whisky. The brand was established in 1857, and Hiram Walker & Sons Limited currently produces it at their Windsor, Ontario, distillery.
An award-winning blend of corn and rye distillate, aged in 10 years in new white oak, once used American bourbon, and used Canadian whisky casks. This whisky is at its best when sipped neat or on the rocks.

In 1857, before Canada was even Canada, J.P. Wiser was distilling and barrelling whisky in Prescott, Ontario. By the early 1900's, J.P. Wiser was selling whisky all over the world, growing to become Canada's third largest distiller.

In the mid-1800s J.P. Wiser set out to create a signature whisky and the result is Deluxe, an award-winning golden Canadian rye with aromas of sweet caramel, dried fruit and vanilla. Flavours of toasted grain, sweet cornmeal and vanilla are followed by a smooth, creamy finish.
