Experience the pinnacle of bourbon craftsmanship with Heaven’s Door Ascension Kentucky Straight Bourbon. This exceptional spirit is a testament to the artistry and dedication of Heaven’s Door, a collaboration between Bob Dylan and master distiller Ryan Perry.

Crafted in the heart of Kentucky, the bourbon begins with a careful selection of the finest grains, including corn, rye, and malted barley. These grains are expertly mashed, fermented, and distilled to create a rich and flavorful distillate.

The bourbon then enters a journey of maturation in new charred American oak barrels, where it undergoes a meticulous aging process. Over time, the whiskey absorbs the flavors and characteristics of the wood, developing a deep and complex profile.

Upon pouring, Heaven’s Door Ascension Kentucky Straight Bourbon reveals a warm amber hue, inviting you to explore its depth and complexity. The aroma is rich and enticing, with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak, complemented by hints of spice and dried fruit.

On the palate, the bourbon delights with its velvety smoothness and layers of flavor. Sweet caramel and vanilla mingle with spicy rye and oak, creating a harmonious balance of sweetness and spice. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lingering warmth that beckons another sip.

Whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in classic bourbon cocktails, Heaven’s Door Ascension Kentucky Straight Bourbon is sure to impress even the most discerning whiskey connoisseurs. Elevate your drinking experience with this exceptional expression of American whiskey craftsmanship.

Distillery Information

The Heaven's Door brand has new distillery in Pleasureville, Kentucky. Located on over 160 acres of rolling hills astride Six Mile Creek, the picturesque property was once owned by Squire Boone, the brother of legendary frontiersman Daniel Boone.
Distilled and aged its entire life in Tennessee, this whiskey is non-chill filtered to preserve its mature flavors.
Distilling started here in 1755 though the oldest remaining building on the site dates back to 1792. It claims to be the oldest continuously-operating distillery in the USA, and it remained open during Prohibition as it was allowed to make that popular product known as 'medicinal whiskey'.
Heaven's Door is the fruition of two well-known mavens in the whiskey industry: Marc Bushala, former founder of Angel's Envy Bourbon and current founder of Spirits Investment Partners (SIP), and Ryan Perry, a whiskey developer at Diageo.Heaven's Door was initially decided not to have a physical form of its own because of its ability to turn people into books, but it takes on a full-fledged body in later arcs. Heaven's Door resembles a small boy with the appearance of Rohan's manga character, Pink Dark Boy.The Breckenridge Distillery is the “World's Highest Distillery”. Founded in 2008, the Breckenridge Distillery is most widely known for its blended bourbon whiskey, a high-rye mash American-style whiskey.
