Indulge in the exquisite refinement of Don Fulano 3 Year Anejo Tequila, a testament to the artistry and dedication of Mexican distillation. Crafted with precision and aged to perfection, this tequila embodies the essence of sophistication and tradition.

Carefully selected from the finest blue agave plants in the heart of Jalisco, Mexico, each agave heart undergoes a meticulous process to extract its purest essence. After harvesting, the piñas are slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens, allowing the sugars to caramelize and infuse the tequila with layers of complexity and richness.

Following fermentation, the tequila is double-distilled to ensure clarity and purity of flavor. It is then aged in specially selected oak barrels for a minimum of three years, allowing it to mature and develop its distinctive character.

The result is a tequila of exceptional depth and complexity. Don Fulano 3 Year Anejo Tequila boasts a rich amber hue that shimmers with warmth and elegance, a visual testament to its extended aging process.

Upon pouring, the tequila entices with its enticing aroma of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, inviting anticipation for the tasting experience ahead.

On the palate, Don Fulano 3 Year Anejo Tequila delivers a harmonious balance of flavors. Subtle hints of agave sweetness mingle with warm spices and decadent oak notes, creating a velvety texture that caresses the palate.

Distillery Information

Don Fulano is a product of the Fonseca family whose story begins in the Highlands of Jalisco where their great grandfathers began cultivating agave 140 years ago. Today - respected agave farmers – they also run La Tequileña, one of the highest rated and most awarded tequila distilleries.
Don Fulano Tequilas are the fruit of a family- owned company, legacy of five generations of AGAVEROS from the Highland region of Jalisco in Mexico. To this day, Enrique Fonseca is one of the largest landowners of agave in all of Jalisco. In the 1980's the family expanded their agave empire from being farmers, to also owning a distillery by purchasing the well-known La Tequileña in the heart of the town of Tequila.
The first distillation process takes place in steel distillation columns, during which water is removed and alcohol is concentrated from fermented agave juice. The second distillation takes place in stills to obtain tequila with a range of 55-65% alcohol, depending on the brand.
It's a top notch. Spicier. Great sipper. Made with pride and not outrageously priced.
