Cincoro Extra Añejo is a very rare tequila produced in limited allocations. Consistent with our younger aged expressions, Extra Añejo is aged in used Tennessee whiskey barrels for 40-44 months in our underground cellar, far longer than required for Extra Añejo tequilas.
Their parent company, Cinco Spirits Group, is named in honor of the five partners who bonded over tequila at dinner—and coincidentally the same number as players on a basketball team.Cincoro Tequila is uniquely made with the highest quality 100% Weber Blue agave from both the highland and lowland regions of Jalisco, Mexico.
The agave is hand-selected and slow-cooked in a small batch process, distilling the highland and lowland tequilas separately, before blending them together to create the Cincoro signature taste profile.Cincoro Añejo is aged at our distillery 24-28 months in our underground cellar, further enhancing the interaction between the barrel and tequila.
Cincoro Reposado is aged 8-10 months in select oak barrels. There are amazing notes of vanilla, baking spices, and toasted oak. On the palate, you taste sweet, cooked agave, caramel, and white chocolate. Añejo is our signature expression.
