The Casa Noble distillery is located in the City of Tequila, near the Volcano of Tequila. Casa means house in Spanish and Noble means Agave in Greek, so Casa Noble means “House of Agave.” Jose “Pepe” Hermosillo oversees the entire production process at then distillery.
Just outside the town of Tequila sits La Cofradía distillery, home of Casa Noble Tequila, among many others. Tequila production there traces as far back as the mid-1700s, making it one of the oldest distilleries of premium 100 percent Blue Weber agave tequila.Casa Noble is distributed in the United States by Constellation Brands Inc. The tequila is made from estate-grown agaves cooked in traditional stone ovens; these are naturally fermented and distilled three times. Casa Noble Reposado and Añejo are aged in White French Oak.
Casa Noble's name has a double meaning; “noble” refers to its pursuit of making the best possible tequila and also means agave in Greek. So it means both Noble House and House of Agave. A pioneer in triple distillation, the spirit is brighter and much smoother than the average tequila.Casa Tequilera is the Spanish word for the location where tequila is made, with “casa” meaning home. This term is more than just a physical location, though. It is a representation of the production process and all of the activities that take place within it. It is the house where the maestro tequilero works his magic.
