Color: A light honey color

Distillery Information

Alley 6 Barrel Harvest Gin is made in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California. The distillery is a grain-to-glass operation that focuses on quality ingredients and unique flavor profiles.
The gin is made using traditional techniques and copper pot stills. The base spirit is distilled again with botanicals and then aged in French oak barrels. The botanicals include locally harvested California bay laurel and wild fennel, along with juniper berries.
Gin is lighter and more delicate than whiskey, so it doesn't need to be aged for as long. Barrel-aged gin can take as little as two or three months to develop the desired color and flavors.
Barrel-aged gins pair well with honey. You can try making a hot toddy with barrel-aged gin, honey, orange, and rosemary. You can also stir a little honey syrup into the gin and sip it over ice. For a long drink, you can try ginger ale instead of tonic.
