Some say the nose is young and light, mostly corn and ethanol, but after some air time, it has notes of charred oak, mint, Big Red cinnamon, ripe plum, and a hint of meat, like pepperoni. Palate: Smooth, medium-bodied, and has notes of toasted nuts. Finish: Sweet, medium-long, and with a hint of vanilla. Some say 10th Mountain Bourbon is a very smooth and easy-drinking whiskey.
