Visitors are able to see the distilling process up close while learning about the history of moonshine production in the Smoky Mountains.
Both Ole Smoky's moonshine and whiskey are comprised of a (mostly) corn mash bill consisting of 84% corn, 8% rye and 8% malted barley. However, the whiskey is then aged, whereas the moonshine is distilled and sold.Ole Smoky Tennessee Straight Bourbon Whiskey is barrel-aged 4 years and true to Tennessee tradition, full-bodied and smooth for sipping.
