Distillery Information

Hibiki is a multi award winning premium blended whisky from the Japanese distiller Suntory. "Hibiki" means "resonance" or "echo" in Japanese.
Hibiki is a meticulous blend produced using 10 different whiskies from the various House of Suntory distilleries. The malt whisky in the blend is sourced from the Yamazaki and Hakusku distilleries, with the grain whisky sourced from the Chita distillery.
First released in Japan in 2018 at a time when Hibiki 17 Year Old was starting to be phased out, Hibiki Blender's Choice has been crafted from malt and grain whiskies spanning a range of ages from Suntory's Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries.
A blend of Suntory's finest stocks from 12 to 30 years of age with an average around 15 years, this whisky stands alone in showing the incredible prowess of the Suntory Blending team.
Hibiki is a noble blend of innumerous malt and grain whiskies from Suntory's acclaimed distilleries, and is embraced as an icon of Japanese luxury from the award-winning House of Suntory Whisky.
