NOSE: Sweet and aromatic, with vanilla, sweet cherries, roasted chestnuts and hints of cigar box. PALATE: Oak, toffee and baking spices form a buttery, coating mouthfeel. With time, soft notes of creme brulee and rose petals come forth. FINISH: Gentle, warm, and lasting, with a pleasant Rye spice.

In the fall of 2015, WhistlePig officially opened its distillery on a 500-acre, renovated dairy farm in Shoreham, Vermont.

WhistlePig is 100 proof, 100 percent rye whiskey and aged for at least ten years in new American oak and Bourbon barrels.
003 is the third release, comprised of three different whiskies, one distilled at the Whistle Pig farm in Vermont, and two sourced from Alberta, Canada. This is the first year that the majority of the blend comes from Whistle Pig's estate distilled whiskey.
