The Elevated Spirits Company is the producer of Cierto Tequila – authentic, 100% natural, additive-free, luxury tequilas made in Jalisco, Mexico.The Consejo Regulador del Tequila (CRT) classifies and regulates five main types of tequila: blanco (silver/white), joven (young/gold), reposado (aged), añejo (extra aged), and extra añejo (ultra aged).
“Cierto is one of the finest tequilas you'll ever taste.” Cierto is made with pure water filtered through ancient volcanic springs at the Volcán de Tequila.
Tequila is a distilled spirit made from the Weber blue agave plant that grows in Mexico. The blue agave plant has huge spikes that come up from a central core that is called the pina. After the leaves are removed, the pina is the part of the plant that is used to make tequila.Tequila brands like Olmeca and Camino are a great base for cocktails, but can also be enjoyed straight. Blanco (unaged tequila) is harsher with the stronger flavours of the distilled agave plant. Reposado and añejo (aged tequila) are smoother, subtler, and more complex.
Tequila is a distilled beverage made from the blue agave plant. The drink is typically composed of 40% – 60% alcohol by volume (80 – 120 proof) and is made in Mexico.
