Distillery Information

Redemption whiskey is a true American original from the award-winning Deutsch Family of Wine & Spirits. It's carefully hand-crafted in the river town of Lawrenceburg, Indiana at 168-year-old MGP Distillery – Whisky Advocate's 2015 Distiller of the Year.
The company told Iowa economic development officials that Young's owns about 73 percent of the company. Kerkhoff has about a 15 percent stake while co-founder Scott Bush owns about 12 percent. Bush had owned a majority stake in Templeton until late last year, according to the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
