Sapling Honey Bourbon
Sapling Honey Bourbon comes from Saxtons River Distillery in Brattleboro, Vermont. It is bourbon aged in charred American oak and blended with local raw Vermont honey.
Saxtons River describes a strong bourbon-forward taste with a sweet, fresh and floral honey finish. Bottled at 70 proof (35% ABV).
Honey Bourbon was inspired by a family tradition of making honey liquors. As with our Maple Bourbon, we use Vermont-sourced raw honey and marry it with American bourbon. The result: pronounced bourbon flavor with a subtle honey tenor to ease any harsh bourbon overtones.
