Redemption 9 Year Old Barrel Proof Bourbon is an older iteration of Redemption Bourbon, distilled by MGP Ingredients, named Distiller of the Year in 2015. MGP's facility was built in 1847 and later acquired by the Seagram's corporation which set the bar for whiskey production in North America.
Redemption whiskey is a true American original from the award-winning Deutsch Family of Wine & Spirits. It's carefully hand-crafted in the river town of Lawrenceburg, Indiana at 168-year-old MGP Distillery – Whisky Advocate's 2015 Distiller of the Year.
Distilled in Indiana and bottled in Kentucky, this golden Bourbon has a honey and cedar aroma. Quite light on the palate, it features mellow honey, coconut and almond flavors, finishing with mild baking spice.
