The 2019 release was bottled at 105 proof (52.5% ABV), making it one of the higher-proof expressions in the Birthday Bourbon series. The result is a beautifully layered bourbon with rich caramel sweetness, balanced spice, and tropical fruit complexity, offering a refined and luxurious drinking experience.
Aroma: A delicate yet complex nose featuring white floral notes, magnolia, and citrus, layered with vanilla, buttery leather, and cocoa powder. The spice is balanced by subtle hints of brown sugar, white chocolate, caramel drizzle, and tropical fruit. Taste: A rich and velvety palate with caramel and brittle toffee, evolving into a vibrant tropical medley of banana, mango, coconut flakes, and macadamia nuts.
