The 2017 release is crafted from a selection of 12-year-old barrels aged in Warehouse K, showcasing a bold and complex profile.
This vintage was bottled at 96 proof (48% ABV) and offers an exceptionally rich and layered tasting experience, featuring deep caramel sweetness, robust oak, and intricate spice notes. As with all Birthday Bourbon releases, the 2017 edition was produced in limited quantities, making it a must-have for collectors and bourbon enthusiasts.
Aroma: A deep and inviting nose with notes of dark caramel, maple syrup, vanilla bean, toasted oak, and dried fruit, complemented by a touch of cocoa. Taste: Full-bodied and well-rounded, featuring flavors of brown sugar, nutmeg, dark chocolate, cinnamon, and roasted almonds, balanced by hints of ripe cherry and molasses. Finish: Long, warm, and lingering, with layers of caramelized sugar, baking spice, and aged oak.
