To be called a gin, the spirit must have a predominant flavor of juniper berries.Malfy is a zesty citrus and yet classically complex gin. It's key botanical additions are lemon peels sourced from the Italian coastline that are steeped in alcohol and pressed in a basket press. The infusion is then blended with juniper and other botanicals before distillation.
