Introducing Le Portier Shay VSOP, a classic VSOP Cognac that harmoniously combines time-honored tradition with a modern charm. With an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 40% and a volume of 75cl, Le Portier Shay is crafted using traditional techniques in a Charentais copper pot still. This exquisite Cognac undergoes aging in French Oak barrels, skillfully blending grapes from Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, and Fins Bois to create a truly exceptional spirit.
Recognized for its outstanding quality, Le Portier Shay has achieved prestigious honors over two remarkable years, including the esteemed Platinum award at the SIP Awards. This exceptional Cognac reflects Shannon's remarkable success and diverse career through its exceptional taste, design, and innovative concept.
Dubbed as "The Champagne of Cognac," Le Portier Shay is meticulously crafted in a renowned French cognac house, offering an unparalleled sensory experience. Immerse yourself in the extraordinary fusion of caramelized spiced apples, chocolate undertones, and the lingering sweetness of butterscotch. The velvety mouthfeel reveals subtle notes of dried fruits, accompanied by a delightful hint of sweet smokiness reminiscent of s'mores by the campfire.
Born out of the creative vision of NFL Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe and dedicated to his grandmother, Mary Porter, Le Portier Shay transcends the realm of mere cognac. It represents an idea, a celebration of legacy, and the potent ability to mold one's own destiny.
