Gekkeikan Black & Gold is a junmai sake brewed by Gekkeikan Sake (USA), Inc. at its facility in Folsom, California, using Calrose rice from the nearby Sacramento Valley.

It is a blend of two sakes made with rice milled to 60% and 70%. Retailers describe notes of honeydew melon, papaya, anise and roasted nuts. Enjoy it slightly chilled or at room temperature.
