On the nose: Citrus and vanilla, enhanced by notes of chocolate and raisins. On the palate: Smooth and rounded with coconut — fruity, balanced yet full flavoured. El Dorado is produced by Demerara Distillers Ltd at Diamond Estate on the East Bank of the Demerara River in Guyana, home to the last working wooden stills in the world — the EHP Wooden Coffey Still, the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still and the Versailles Single Wooden Pot Still.
