El Dorado is produced by Demerara Distillers Ltd at Diamond Estate on the East Bank of the Demerara River in Guyana, home to the last working wooden stills in the world — the EHP Wooden Coffey Still, the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still and the Versailles Single Wooden Pot Still.
