Blanco: Appearance: Crystal-clear with a bright, shimmering transparency. Nose: Vibrant aromas of fresh agave, citrus zest, and hints of black pepper. Palate: Crisp and lively, with flavors of sweet agave, ripe pineapple, and a touch of green apple. Finish: Clean and refreshing, with a subtle peppery kick that lingers on the palate. Reposado: Appearance: Pale gold with glints of amber. Nose: Aromas of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. Palate: Smooth and velvety, with flavors of caramelized sugar, baked apple, and a touch of baking spices. Finish: Warm and satisfying, with lingering notes of oak and a hint of sweetness. Añejo: Appearance: Deep amber with hints of copper. Nose: Rich aromas of toffee, dark chocolate, and roasted coffee beans, with undertones of dried fruit and oak. Palate: Luxuriously smooth, with flavors of caramel, vanilla, and dark cherry, complemented by hints of tobacco and leather. Finish: Long and lingering, with a warm and inviting sweetness that fades into a gentle spiciness. Extra Añejo: Appearance: Mahogany with golden reflections. Nose: Intense aromas of caramel, toffee, and dried fruits, with hints of vanilla and toasted oak. Palate: Silky and full-bodied, with flavors of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and sweet tobacco, layered with notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. Finish: Exceptionally long and smooth, with lingering notes of oak, caramel, and a hint of spice.

Cincoro is a very rare tequila produced in limited allocations. Consistent with our younger aged expressions, Extra Añejo is aged in used Tennessee whiskey barrels for 40-44 months in our underground cellar, far longer than required for Extra Añejo tequilas.

The agave is hand-selected and slow-cooked in a small batch process, distilling the highland and lowland tequilas separately, before blending them together to create the Cincoro signature taste profile.Cincoro Añejo is aged at our distillery 24-28 months in our underground cellar, further enhancing the interaction between the barrel and tequila.
Cincoro Reposado is aged 8-10 months in select oak barrels. There are amazing notes of vanilla, baking spices, and toasted oak. On the palate, you taste sweet, cooked agave, caramel, and white chocolate. Añejo is our signature expression.
