The agave is fire-roasted over mesquite wood and river rock, fermented in pine wood vats and twice distilled in copper pot stills. On the nose: Fresh-cut grass and bright citrus. On the palate: Bright and silky, with fresh green agave. Finish: Fresh, with a squeeze of citrus.
