Casamigos Tequila Anejo is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship and dedication to quality. Hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agaves, nurtured in the rich red clay soil and cool climate of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, form the foundation of this exceptional spirit. The agave piñas undergo a traditional 72-hour roasting process in brick ovens, followed by fermentation with a special yeast blend for 80 hours, ensuring a consistent and refined flavor. Aged for 14 months in premium American white oak barrels, Casamigos Anejo Tequila boasts a beautifully pure and complex character. It offers a perfect balance of sweetness from the Blue Weber agaves, complemented by subtle hints of spice and barrel oak, culminating in a lingering smooth finish.
Appearance: Rich amber color with golden hues. Nose: Aromas of soft caramel, vanilla, and sweet Blue Weber agave. Palate: Smooth and velvety texture, with flavors of caramel, barrel oak, and hints of spice. Finish: Lingering and smooth, with a delightful balance of sweetness and oak.
