Burdekin Distillery Premium Aged Rum is an elegant, refined style of rum reminiscent of the best Cuban rums, made from first-run molasses in tropical North Queensland.

The molasses is fermented with Burdekin's unique yeast blend, distilled, then aged for a minimum of 2 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels before being reduced with the distillery's own pure spring water. On the nose: Vanilla, butterscotch and a hint of smoke. On the palate: Rich and dry. Finish: Long and smooth.
