Building on the 2023 JP Edition, it is crafted from whole-stick local Giru sugarcane from the 2024 harvest, cut and crushed in the paddock in the spring of 2024, and bottled in November 2024 at 54.5% ABV. On the nose: Intense, grassy and herbaceous. On the palate: Fresh cane with signature Burdekin flavours and an elegant profile. Finish: Lingering, agricole-style.
