✅ Guaranteed Authenticity
A masterful union of two well-bred bourbons and one finished bourbon. Starting with an oaky 16-year-old that teases with brown sugar and spicy anise. Neat, a luscious 12-year-old evokes leather and vanilla on the nose with fresh honey and caramel flavors. Finally, a 7-year-old finished in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks carries the aroma of sweet sherry while satiating the palate with dark fruit, molasses, chocolate, and tobacco. Salud!
Appearance: Pour Pact No. 3 into a glass and admire its deep, dark amber hue, adorned with long, elegant legs that slowly cascade down the sides. Aroma: Inhale the sweet aroma of sherry that wafts from the glass, accompanied by hints of ripe fruit, enticing the senses with its complexity. Palate: Take a sip and experience a medley of ripe fruits, including figs, plums, and raisins, dancing on the palate. Notes of molasses and chocolate add layers of richness and depth, creating a luxurious mouthfeel. Finish: The finish is long-lasting and satisfying, with fruit notes lingering on the palate, complemented by subtle hints of spicy oak that add balance and complexity. Barrel Details: The unique flavor profile of Pact No. 3 is attributed to its finish in Oloroso Sherry casks sourced from the prestigious Sherry Triangle region in Southwest Spain, imparting distinctive characteristics that elevate the bourbon to new heights. Ingredients: Pact No. 3 is crafted from a carefully selected blend of corn, rye, and barley, each contributing to the bourbon's rich and nuanced flavor profile. With an alcohol by volume of 49.3% (98.6 proof), Pact No. 3 is a bold and expressive bourbon that demands to be savored and appreciated. Whether enjoyed neat or in a meticulously crafted cocktail, this masterpiece of blending is sure to captivate the palate and leave a lasting impression.
