With this meticulous approach, our winemaker is able to consistently craft the Blackstone style of bright fruit aromas, silky texture, and smooth, fruit-forward wine. Our cabernet sauvignon shows vibrant blackberry and red cherry flavors with notes of cinnamon and toasted nuts. Pairings include various beef dishes, hearty risotto, and creamy bread pudding.
