🥃 Product Overview
Mackmyra and Finnish tech company Fourkind built a machine-learning model on Microsoft Azure, trained on Mackmyra's recipes and on reviews and ratings, to suggest new blends. Master Blender Angela D'Orazio chose the final recipe: whisky from ex-bourbon, ex-oloroso, new American oak and new Swedish oak casks, with pear, honey and butterscotch on the nose and vanilla, citrus zest and pepper on the palate.
