Flavoring rum is like infusing any other liquor. Put your flavor ingredients in our rum and place in an air tight container. Check on it in one to two days and taste test. If you feel like it has all the flavor you're looking for - you're done! If it could use a little more time - leave it and check back in in a day or two.

Kōloa Cacao Rum is made from pure cane sugar, distilled in an impressive vintage 1,210 gallon, steam-powered copper pot still and cut with filtered water from the ancient Mount Waiʻaleʻale.Made from pure sugarcane, pristine rainwater from Mount Waiʻaleʻale and twice distilled in a vintage copper pot still, our Hawaiian rums are remarkably smooth and rich. All distilling, blending and bottling is done at our distillery in Kalaheo, on the island of Kauaʻi.
