Herradura Anejo Tequila hails from the Lost Valley of Jalisco, Mexico, where it is crafted with precision and tradition. The journey begins with the cooking process, which takes place in Stone and Brick Ovens, ensuring that the agave is cooked to perfection. Natural spring water, sourced from the region, is used throughout the production process, imparting a pure and pristine quality to the tequila. Distilled twice in stainless steel tanks, Herradura Anejo Tequila is made from 100% Agave and is allowed to rest, allowing the flavors to harmonize and develop.
Appearance: Herradura Anejo Tequila exhibits a beautiful pale gold color, reflecting its extended aging process in oak barrels. Aroma: The aroma is rich and inviting, with notes of oak, vanilla, caramel, and a hint of spice, enticing the senses with its complexity. Taste: On the palate, Herradura Anejo Tequila delivers a smooth and sophisticated experience, with flavors of caramelized agave, oak, cinnamon, and pepper. The extended aging period of 25 months adds depth and complexity, resulting in a tequila that is both rich and balanced. Finish: The finish is long and lingering, with lingering notes of oak and spice, leaving a warm and satisfying sensation that invites another sip.
