Prairie Organic Spirits are produced and bottled by Ed Phillips and Sons located in Princeton, Minnesota. Each batch is distilled to taste, not a prescribed number of times, in small batches at Phillips Distilling Company.
Prairie Organic Vodka is distilled from non-GMO organic corn sourced from farmers in Minnesota. After harvest, the corn is brought to a co-op farm where the corn is milled, mashed, and fermented. This fermented mash is then taken to the Prairie distillery where it is column-distilled.
Every premium sip of Prairie Organic Spirits is bottled up with the best of the Midwest. Our organic farm crafted spirits are made with 100% USDA certified organic corn, and each batch is taste-tested until it reaches next-level perfection.
Each spirit is distilled to taste, not a prescribed number of times. As a general rule, the Vodkas are distilled 4 to 5 times.
The spirits are distilled in Princeton, Minnesota in a custom built, small batch copper still and tasted by Guardians of Prairie, a group of employees who ensure each batch meets the brand's exacting standards. The organic corn is distilled as many times as needed to produce Prairie's unique flavor profile.
