Knob Creek is a Kentucky straight Bourbon whiskey owned by Beam Suntory and produced at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont. Along with Booker's, Baker's and Basil Hayden's it was part of the small batch Bourbon range introduced in 1992 by Booker Noe (1929-2004), grandson of Jim Beam.

For supposedly being a little over 51% rye, the nose is surprisingly expressive and more inline with higher percentage rye whiskeys.
