The Tennessee Legend Distillery and Antheum Studios present Assassin's Creed III Rye Whiskey. The whiskey is made in the Texas Hill Country and finished in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. The exact distillery used for the spirits is not disclosed, but some speculate it is Dripping Springs Distillery.
In the United States, rye whiskey is made from a mash that is at least 51% rye. The other ingredients are usually corn and malted barley. It is distilled to no more than 160 U.S. proof (80% abv) and aged in charred, new oak barrels.
