Distillery Information

Remy Martin only uses fruit from the most revered vineyards, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, whose terroir provide ideal conditions to ripen the grapes to perfection. Once distilled, our eaux-de-vie boast a rich and harmonious palette of aromas.Tercet is a permanent addition to the portfolio and is bottled at 42% ABV, the highest ABV of all existing Rémy Martin blends. Brandy distilled in a delimited region within France from specific grapes. Must be double-distilled to no higher than 72% abv. Required to be aged in oak for at least 2 years.
A full bodied pure bronze with brilliant clarity. An explosion of fresh tropical fruits and dried fruits, with cinnamon, ginger and hints of liquorice. The 84-proof blend gives a fresh, bold impression, rounded out with spices and fresh stone fruits. A round, smooth finale with a surprisingly long finish.
Cognac is distilled twice in onion-shaped copper pot stills (called alembic charentais), but unlike whisky, there is a strict timetable enforced. In the Cognac region, distillation begins towards the end of November, and must be finished by 31 March the following year.Cognac can only be made from grapes grown in the strictly defined Cognac region of France. It must be made from the juice of at least one of three particular grapes, the most common being Ugni Blanc and the other two being Folle Blanche and Colombard.
