Alizé is a liqueur that was created in 1982 by two brothers-in-law, Lafragette and Légier, in the South West of France. The liqueur is a blend of French vodka, cognac, and passionfruit, with additional exotic fruit flavors.
Alizé is versatile and can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as part of a cocktail. The Apple variety is a blend of ripe apples and premium French vodka, and is bottled at 16% alcohol by volume. It can be enjoyed on the rocks, with premium spirits, fresh juices, or mixers.
Alizé is produced and distributed by a company called L & L.
