Made from 100% Premium Indica Long Grain Rice, Shibui 30yr Old Japanese Whisky is crafted in Okinawa, Japan. Fermented with Indigenous Okinawan Black Koji & Yeast, this whisky is double distilled in stainless steel pot-stills before it is aged for 30 years in Ex-Bourbon, Sherry & Virgin European White Sourced from an award-winning distillery in Niigata, Shibui Pure Malt 10YR old is a marriage of whisky made from 100% malted barley. Multi-cask maturation and aged for 10 years, these whiskies balance perfectly to ignite the palate.As a general rule, it's recommended that you taste your whisky neat first, and then add a little spring water with your second sip. You don't want to drown your drink; about 20% water is plenty. Combine the whisky and water by gently shaking the glass (giving it a “shoogle” in Scottish parlance).
