Introducing Kaiyo Mizunara Oak Japanese Whisky, a true masterpiece born from the fusion of traditional craftsmanship and innovative aging techniques. This exceptional spirit represents the pinnacle of Japanese whisky, showcasing the unique influence of Mizunara oak barrels on flavor and character.

Crafted with precision and passion, Kaiyo Mizunara Oak Japanese Whisky begins its journey in the renowned distilleries of Japan, where expert distillers meticulously select the finest grains and execute time-honored distillation methods. What sets this whisky apart is its secondary maturation process in rare Mizunara oak barrels, sourced from the forests of Japan.

Mizunara oak is celebrated for imparting distinct and captivating flavors to the whisky. The wood's porous nature allows for a more profound interaction between the spirit and the barrel, resulting in a rich, aromatic bouquet. Delicate notes of sandalwood, coconut, and a subtle spiciness unfold, creating a sensory symphony that evolves with each sip.

The aging process takes place in the Kaiyo Mizunara Oak's signature oceanic aging cellar, where the casks undergo the gentle rocking motion of the sea, enhancing the interaction between the whisky and the Mizunara oak. This maritime influence imparts a unique saline quality to the whisky, further elevating its complexity.
