Introducing The Whistler Blue Note Irish Whiskey 7 Years, a refined and harmonious expression that embodies the essence of Irish whiskey craftsmanship. Distilled with precision and aged to perfection for seven years, this exceptional spirit takes you on a sensory journey that celebrates tradition while embracing innovation.

Crafted by the artisanal hands at The Whistler Distillery, Blue Note is a testament to the art of whiskey-making. The whiskey begins its journey with a meticulous selection of the finest grains, creating a mash bill that forms the foundation of its rich and nuanced flavor profile. Distilled with expertise, the spirit is then patiently aged for seven years in carefully chosen casks, allowing it to develop a depth and complexity that sets it apart.

Blue Note's inviting golden hue hints at the treasures held within each bottle. On the nose, delicate notes of honey and vanilla intermingle with a touch of orchard fruits, teasing the palate with anticipation. The first sip reveals a velvety texture and a symphony of flavors, with warm caramel, toffee, and a gentle hint of spice dancing gracefully on the tongue.

The seven years of maturation bring forth a remarkable balance, allowing the whiskey to showcase the influence of both the wood and the distillation process. As you savor each drop, you'll discover a lingering sweetness and a subtle whisper of oak, leaving a lasting impression that invites you to savor the moment.

Whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as the foundation for your favorite cocktail, The Whistler Blue Note Irish Whiskey 7 Years is a celebration in every glass. With its smooth and sophisticated profile, it's the perfect companion for those who appreciate the artistry of a well-crafted Irish whiskey.

Elevate your whiskey experience with The Whistler Blue Note Irish Whiskey 7 Years—a seven-year-aged masterpiece that pays homage to tradition while embracing the spirit of innovation. Cheers to the moments that matter, and to the distinctive character found in every sip of Blue Note.

Distillery Information

The first official commercial distillery in the United States was constructed in Louisville, Kentucky, by Evan Williams, whose whiskey is still widely available today. After the revolutionary war, a whiskey tax was levied by the newly formed American government to help pay back some of its war debts.
By heating the wash still to a certain temperature, the lighter alcohol evaporates and rises to the top in the neck of the still. The rest of the wash remains in the still. The alcohol vapour is then cooled and collected in spirit receivers. To obtain whiskey, the process must be repeated.
Bushmills now claims to be 'Ireland's oldest working distillery' and 'Ireland's oldest whiskey distillery' (the latter appearing on the labels) while The Old Kilbeggan Distillery is the "oldest continually licensed distillery in the world".
