Gin is made using a clear, neutral spirit made from distilling grains such as rye, barley, wheat, or corn. While another common clear liquor—vodka—can be made with similar grains, gin and vodka are definitely not the same.It all starts with our precise blend of botanicals – cardamom, coriander, French lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla, juniper, and two kinds of orange peel.
